Can i wash my product?

We Recommend 

  • Hand washing in cold water using mild detergent to prolong the life of your Lead.
  • Do not iron or tumble dry.
  • lay flat or hang in the shade to dry.
How do i make my product last longest
Just like anything unfortunity our products arnt indestructible. However, with care you can prolong the quality and life of your LexieBella Petwear products.
Wear and tear will depend on your pet's everyday lifestyle.
If they wear something everyday you are likely to see wear and tear a lot quicker than if they only wear it every so often.

Therefore, we recommend not wearing your LexieBella Petwear products everyday continuously, but cycle between a few,  to prolong the quality of the item.
We also recommend you check on a regular basis to see if  there is any visible wear and tear.
If you do see any wear or tear, we recommend thoughtfully disposing of the item.
How long after purchase will i get my order?
Due to all items being handmade to order please allow a maximim of 14 days for production and despach  and tracking email will occur the same day as production completion.

Please also remember all items are handmade pieces. Each lead has been hand printed, cut and sewn so please allow for very minor pattern placement and size differences.
Discount Codes.

Discount Codes are limited to one per purchase and cannot be combined.

Discount codes cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions (unless otherwise noted) .

Many of the promotions that we run have a minimum purchase requirement for the code to be eligible.
LexieBella Petwear has the right to refuse or alter any discount or promotion at its discretion. Discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout.
If you forget to apply the code or the code doesn't apply for some reason, price adjustments/refunds/credits can not not be issued.

Please note that any discount codes that you may use on your order are redeemed prior to shipping fees being added to your order. Discounts cannot be redeemed on shipping costs.

What to do if my dog is between sizes ?
Due to LexieBellas Collars being adjustable if your dog is between sizes we recommend sizing up.
